Terms of credit card payment
Procedure of making an online purchase:

1. To buy a product, click on the button “Buy” on the homepage of www.seemelissa.com
2. Fill in the number of devices you want to buy
3. Fill in your shipping details: name, phone, email, address
4. Choose a payment method - Card Payment.
5. Click on the checkbox to indicate that you agree to our terms.
6. Click the “Order” button
7. A payment page of our bank (UBB) will open, where you have to enter you card details: number, validity, security code, name
8. In case you are registered in the authentication schemes Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, an authentication page of your bank will open, where you have to enter your authentication password.
9. Confirm the payment by clicking the “Confirm payment” button. Payment is mandatory to validate your order.
10. If the transaction has been successful (successful Authorization and Authentication) a transaction note will be generated. Please print it or save a copy of it.
11. Money is deducted from your card as soon as the payment is confirmed.
12. You will receive a confirmation letter on the email you have provided.

Terms of card payment for a product/service

1. We accept payments via: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY.
2. Bear in mind that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it’s registered for use in the schemes for online authentication Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
3. The maximum amount of transaction is 8000 BGN.
4. The transaction currency for card payment is Bulgarian lev (BGN). If there are prices in currencies other than Bulgarian lev, they are used only for informative purposes and might vary from the amount charged on your card and in the same currency.
5. In case of a refund, the transaction will be processed on the same card, used for the payment.
